About RevSpark Media

RevSpark Media is a performance marketing agency built for healthcare and franchise brands. We're based in the US, specializing in health and medical clients, including men's health clinics, compounding pharmacies, med spas, and wellness practices. We build brand awareness and lead generation systems that turn qualified prospects into booked patients and customers.

About the Role

As our Paid Media Strategist, you'll own the strategic and testing side of paid media across our client portfolio. You'll design the tests, define what success looks like before anything launches, call the results, and bring ideas for what we should be trying next. You'll work closely with our Meta and Google media buyers, setting the standards they execute against and providing technical direction on structure, targeting, and tracking. The buyers own their campaigns day to day. You own the methodology behind them and the strategic thinking that makes them better. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who thinks in tests and systems, not just campaigns. When an account needs it, you will get inside it yourself and diagnose the problem, not only set standards for others.

Your First Focus

Much of our portfolio is a multi-location franchise network. Every location runs similar campaigns inside its own strict geographic territory, and every owner sets their own budget. Your first priority is Google efficiency across that network: finding where spend is wasted, diagnosing the locations that are underperforming, and turning what works in one territory into tests for the others.

What You'll Do

Testing Strategy

  • Design tests with a clear baseline, success metric, timeline, and decision point before launch.
  • Call tests won, lost, or inconclusive, and communicate the reasoning.
  • Maintain test documentation so results are traceable and repeatable across clients.
  • Bring new testing ideas and hypotheses to the table, not just evaluate existing ones.

Account Structure and Quality Standards

  • Set standards for Google account structure: match type strategy, negative keyword management, brand search handling, conversion tracking.
  • Set standards for Meta: campaign architecture, audience hygiene, naming conventions, pixel and CAPI integrity.
  • Audit accounts against those standards on a defined cadence.
  • Catch tracking and attribution issues before they affect reporting accuracy.

Strategic Direction

  • Provide technical direction to media buyers on structure, targeting, and bidding and budget approach.
  • Review campaign builds against defined standards before launch.
  • Recommend how each owner's budget should split across Google and Meta, and where to push or pull back, always within that owner's budget and territory.
  • Share what's working across the portfolio so wins on one account inform others.

Performance Analysis

  • Review performance across the portfolio to spot patterns individual accounts won't show.
  • Partner with media buyers on diagnosis when an account needs a second set of eyes.
  • Surface at-risk accounts early with a recommendation attached.
  • Look past lead volume to lead quality, so spend goes toward leads that become booked patients.

Client Support, As Needed

  • Join client calls that require senior paid media depth, particularly technical reviews and performance deep dives.
  • Explain methodology, structure decisions, and test results to client-side stakeholders.

Why Work With Us

  • Real ownership of testing strategy across a full portfolio, not one account.
  • Work with capable, experienced media buyers on Meta and Google, plus designers, copywriters and account managers, so you are never a one-person team.
  • Direct access to the CMO and influence over how we approach paid media.
  • Variety across healthcare and franchise brands, including multi-location and territory-constrained accounts.

What We're Looking For

  • Significant hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads at an agency or multi-account level.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure and evaluate performance tests, not just run campaigns.
  • Deep familiarity with Google account structure: match types, negative keywords, brand search, conversion tracking.
  • A track record of bringing down Google cost per conversion in small or constrained geographic markets.
  • Experience with conversion tracking and server-side event tracking, including Meta CAPI.
  • Comfortable working across multiple ad accounts simultaneously.
  • Able to explain technical decisions clearly to both non-technical stakeholders and sophisticated client-side counterparts.
  • Strong written communication and documentation habits.

Nice to have

  • Health, medical, or wellness advertising experience and familiarity with the associated compliance landscape.
  • Experience with franchise or multi-location advertising, including geographic territory constraints.
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel.
  • Experience mentoring or giving direction to other media buyers.
